A gloved hand driving a screw into a roof timber with a cordless drill

The four trades that finish a building.

One contractor for the electrical, plumbing, carpentry and tiling on your job — so nobody gets to blame the trade before them.

Four trades, priced and scheduled together

Each trade is quoted on its own scope, so you can see what you are paying for. On a job that needs more than one, they are sequenced as a single programme rather than four separate call-outs.

How a job runs

The same five steps whether it is a tripping circuit or a full bathroom. Each one depends on the one before it, so they run in order — and the work itself is the long one.

  1. 01

    Site assessment

We come and look at the job. Quoting a rewire or a retile from a phone call means guessing, and a guess has to be padded to be safe.

  2. 02

    Scope and quote

You get an itemised quote against a written scope, so it is clear what is included and what is not. Nothing starts before you approve it.

  3. 03

    Schedule

We agree dates before we book materials. If access is restricted — an estate, a complex, a trading business — that gets planned in rather than discovered on the day.

  4. 04

    Execute

The team works to the approved scope. Anything unforeseen is priced and approved as a variation before it is done, not added to the invoice afterwards.

  5. 05

    Sign-off and handover

We walk the work with you against the scope, clear the site, and issue the certificates the work requires. The invoice matches the quote plus any variation you approved.

Three things you can hold us to

  • The quote comes from the site, not the phone

We look at the job before pricing it. A number given over the phone has to carry enough padding to survive whatever we find, which means you pay for the uncertainty. You can check this one against your own experience of the alternative.

  • Variations are approved before they happen

If we open a wall and find something the scope did not allow for, you get the price before we do the work. The invoice equals the quote plus whatever you signed off — no line items appear at the end.

  • Four trades, one contract

Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and tiling are handled by the same contractor. On a bathroom or a kitchen that removes the handover gaps between trades, which is where multi-trade jobs usually go wrong.

Homes, rentals, complexes and trading premises

The work is the same; what changes is who approves it, when we can get in, and what paperwork they need at the end. How we work with each

Homeowners

Single properties, from a tripping circuit to a full bathroom retile.

Landlords and rental agents

Turnaround work between tenants, and repairs on occupied properties.

Body corporates and complexes

Common-property work and unit repairs under a managing agent or trustee.

Commercial and retail

Shopfitting-adjacent work, maintenance and repairs on trading premises.
