Who we work with

Four kinds of client, four ways of working

The trades are the same. What changes is who approves the quote, who arranges access, and when the work can happen.

Homeowners

Single properties, from a tripping circuit to a full bathroom retile.

  • Quotes come from a site assessment, not over the phone
  • Certificates issued where the work requires them
  • Site cleared at the end of each day, not at the end of the job

Landlords and rental agents

Turnaround work between tenants, and repairs on occupied properties.

  • Prepaid and sub-metering for cottages and separate units
  • Itemised quotes suitable for passing to an owner
  • Tenant access arranged directly where you prefer

Body corporates and complexes

Common-property work and unit repairs under a managing agent or trustee.

  • Quotes formatted for trustee or AGM approval
  • Scheduled around access rules and estate contractor requirements
  • Multiple units handled as one scheduled job rather than separate call-outs

Commercial and retail

Shopfitting-adjacent work, maintenance and repairs on trading premises.

  • Work scheduled outside trading hours where required
  • Distribution board work planned around load and shutdown windows
  • Written scope and variation control for facilities managers

Not on this list?

Ask anyway

Public-sector tendering is the one thing we do not currently list, because it needs a CIDB grading and we would rather say so than waste your time on a submission that cannot be accepted.
